Pre-Game Mindset( Get Yo Mind Right)

Get ya mind right son!!!

Lolz but if you have read my articale on tips and tricks, you will remember me stating that one of the first things you need to have in order to be an effective bowler is a "great bowling mentality". I want to further address this mentality in this articale, because it is of the up most importance for you to understand this!

Bowling mentality is a real thing: just like any other sport the right mentality can make or break your game. Imagine this your at your favorite bowling alley one friday night, you and your friends have just gotten into a heated game of bowling and your looking for an edge. Your at the tenth frame of bowling and you guys are all tied up.
Your first friends steps up to the line, his form his impecable, and his release is great but when he gets to the line the ball slips out of his grasp. Ouch!!! looks like a gutter ball for him.
Your next friend steps up, has good form but seems worried about something, leads in for the shot and OH NO!!! He knocks down 8 pins but is left with the dreaded 7 10 split.
Now its your turn, your in the zone
Mind clear of all obstacles
You love to bowl
You step up to the lane, great form and great release, and there you have it success, you hit a strike and win the game. THE CROWD GOES WILD, WOMEN( OR MEN) SCREAMING FOR YOU AND WANTING YOUR AUTOGRAPH. Lolz not really but hey you can dream

Now let me ask you what did you do differently then your two friends???????

You believed in yourself, You felt great and you played great. Those are the three things you need to be a pro at not only bowling, but anything in life.
1.Belief
2.Feel( you must "feel" like you will succeed)
3. You must act you must go through with the action

and their you have it the three keys to success, yet they all stem from your beliefs.

GET YA MIND RIGHT SON!!! Hopefully this helps I will go over the other two (feel and action) later on but for now belief.

Til' then yall stay up -P. String aka Prince Stringer-
